Positive: Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and hot showers. A lovely verandah on the first floor to relax. A wide range of food for breakfast. Convenient bus ride opposite the hotel. Quiet surroundings.

Positive: Our room was clean the bed was comfortable, we asked for two additional pillows which arrived promptly, and breakfast was good.

Negative: To be honest if they replaced all the carpets and painted the walls it would definately improve the overall feel. it's really tired and carpets covered in stains in every direction is never inviting. we used just for a base for the F1 at Imola so it was fine but as food options in the evening are limited locally we are closer to the circuit.
